FROM BODY TO IMAGE
Movement marked the beginning of an ongoing investigation into the relationship between body, perception, memory, and identity.
Questions first explored here later evolved into Heart Mandala, Buddhaverse, Brain, and my current performance research.

MOVEMENT AS IMAGE-MAKING
I noticed that different dance practices produce different visual tendencies.
After ballet, the imagery often became more symmetrical and structured, with elements maintaining clearer spatial relationships. After contemporary dance, the compositions became more fluid, dynamic, and unpredictable, moving across the frame with greater freedom.
Rather than using dance as a subject to represent, Movement uses the body itself as a generator of visual language.
CONTEMPORARY STUDY
Fluidity, unpredictability, dynamic motion
BALLET STUDY
Symmetry, structure, spatial order

MOVEMENT
2018 | VIDEO ART / BODY, PERCEPTION AND IMAGE MAKING
As I trained in different movement practices, I began noticing recurring shifts in the imagery I created afterward. Movement emerged from this observation, becoming an exploration of neuroplasticity, perception, and the ways physical experience
shapes visual imagination.
